Deven is a second year Biomedical Sciences major and will be working on a project: Defining Activation States of Microglial Cells in Human Postmortem Brain Tissues.

Jennifer Wu received a 2015-16 academic year ICRU fellowship. Using cultured BV2 cells, her research aims to determine the extent to which cellular stressors (including immune activation) trigger changes in mitochondrial content within microglial cells.
