Robert Taylor, a Master’s Student in the iBio Program, received a fellowship from the Graduate College to support his work over the summer 2016 in the Dailey lab.  

He is interested in the biology of a relatively understudied type of brain glial cell, called NG2/polydendrocytes.  His work will focus on understanding how these cells respond to brain injury, including stroke and alcohol exposure, in developing mice.
